The VillageCareMAX Bronx Community Center, located at 798 Southern Blvd in the Bronx, serves as an important resource for individuals looking for help with their health coverage as well as health services, social services and entitlements.
Additionally, the Center hosts information sessions around topics that are important to seniors, as well as their caregivers. We work to connect the community to vital services such as nutrition services, career development programs, social services, as well as referrals for mental health support resources.
